ContactContact The DigestFlow Desks
Two desks, and they do different jobs.
Tracking, address changes, cancellations and refunds go to +1 (877) 257-0710 or [email protected]. Pages, typos, privacy questions and press go to [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. The website address cannot see an order and cannot start a refund.
Which desk handles which question, how to reach each one, and what to have in front of you before you call.
Which DigestFlow desk to use
Eight common reasons to get in touch, with the right route for each.
| If you want to | Use | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Track a parcel | +1 (877) 257-0710 | Only the order desk can see an order |
| Change a delivery address | +1 (877) 257-0710 | Speed matters; once shipped, options narrow |
| Cancel before dispatch | +1 (877) 257-0710 | Nothing to post back and no return postage |
| Start a refund | +1 (877) 257-0710 | A return authorisation has to be issued before you post anything |
| Ask about the ingredients | [email protected] | This desk writes the pages and can answer or correct them |
| Report a difference between the bottle and this site | [email protected] | It is the only thing a desk cannot see from the inside |
| Ask a privacy question | [email protected] | The policy is on the privacy page |
| Press or a media question | [email protected] | Handled by the website desk |
The sales email is [email protected]. The website address is not a slower route to the order desk; it is a different desk that cannot see orders at all.
The distinction is not bureaucratic and getting it wrong costs a day. An email to the website address about a parcel produces a reply saying to call the order desk. A call to the order desk about a typo on this page produces a polite dead end.
Write to the DigestFlow order desk
What to have in front of you, and a form for when the phone is not convenient.
The phone is the fast route: +1 (877) 257-0710. Before you call, have your order ID in front of you, which is the first thing you will be asked for and is on your order email.
Three other things are worth having open: the purchase date, because it is what the 60-day window is counted from; the tracking number, if the question is about a parcel; and the lot code from the base of the bottle, if the question is about the product itself.
Write to the DigestFlow website desk
What this desk can fix, and the one message it most wants to receive.
[email protected] handles these pages: the writing, the figures, the citations, the privacy policy and press enquiries. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern.
The most valuable message this desk receives is the one saying that a figure here differs from the bottle somebody received. That is the one thing nobody at a desk can check from the inside, and the bottle governs whenever the two disagree.
Corrections are made on the page itself and move its last-reviewed date forward. There is no separate errata list, for the reason given on the about page.

Do not post bottles to the office address, and do not post them to the returns address before you have a return authorisation. An unannounced parcel can be refused.
The label prints a manufacturer’s mailing address in Utah under its “distributed for” line. That is North Scale’s, not this desk’s. Returns for orders placed here go to the New York address above, and only after the order desk has issued an authorisation.
Contacting DigestFlow: common questions
What is the DigestFlow phone number?
+1 (877) 257-0710. It is the order desk: tracking, changes, cancellations and refunds.
Can I order by phone?
Orders go through the checkout link on this website. The phone desk is for orders that already exist.
Why can the website email not help with my order?
Because it is a different desk with no access to order records. It looks after these pages. Sending it an order question adds a day to the answer.
How quickly does the website desk reply?
It is staffed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern, so a message sent on a Friday evening is read on Monday.
Where do I send a returned bottle?
To 90 Broad Street, Suite 402, New York, NY 10004, USA, and only after the order desk has issued a return authorisation. The steps are on the refund policy page.
The bottle I received does not match this website.
That is the message this desk most wants. Write to [email protected] with the page and the line, and a photograph of the panel if you can. The bottle governs.
What to have ready before you call about DigestFlow
Four things, and the third one often answers the question on its own.
Your order ID
The first thing you will be asked for. It is on the order confirmation email and on the shipping email, which are two different messages.
The purchase date
On the order confirmation. It is what the 60-day window is counted from, so on any refund call it is the second thing that matters.
The tracking number
If the question is about a parcel, check the tracking first. A surprising share of calls are answered by the tracking page in less time than the call takes.
The lot code, if the question is about the bottle
On the base, where the bottle shows it. Stock shipped from this desk carries DIG-26/DI-5237. A photograph is better than reading it aloud.
Those four cover almost every call. What none of them helps with is a question about what is in the capsule, because the order desk handles logistics rather than the panel. The ingredients page and the supplement facts page are the faster route for that, and the website desk is the one to write to if they are wrong.
What the DigestFlow desks cannot do
Six things, each with where the real answer lives.
- Give medical advice. Neither desk is staffed by clinicians and neither will pretend otherwise. The label’s own caution asks you to speak to a doctor before use if you take a medication or have a diagnosed condition.
- Tell you whether the product will work for you. Nobody has trialled the finished capsule, which this website says on every page where it is relevant.
- Confirm anything about a bottle this desk did not ship, including how it has been stored.
- Give a delivery date. The seller publishes no window and this desk will not invent one.
- Change the terms of the guarantee. The window is the window, and a request made outside it is outside it.
- Publish a certificate of analysis, because none is published for this product. The batch page says so plainly.
A list of what a desk cannot do is more useful than a list of what it can, because the second list is what everybody expects and the first is where the frustration comes from. Each item above has a page on this site that explains it properly rather than leaving it as a refusal.
