Privacy PolicyDigestFlow Privacy Policy
This website collects very little, and no card details ever touch it.
Payment is taken on the BuyGoods checkout, not here. This site serves pages, keeps no account for you and asks for nothing until you choose to send a form. What the order desk holds about an order is a separate matter and is described below.
What this website collects, what the order desk holds, who else is involved, and how to ask about any of it.
What the DigestFlow website collects
Four lines, and the first one covers most visits.
| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Nothing at all | Browsing these pages | There is no account, no login and no personalisation here |
| No card details, ever | At any point | Payment is entered on the BuyGoods checkout, on their domain |
| What you type into a form | Only if you send one | So the website desk can reply, or pass a message to the order desk |
| Standard server records | Automatically, as on any website | Requests, times and error records, which is how a hosting service works |
If any of that changes, this page changes with it and its last-reviewed date moves forward.
The two forms on this site, on the contact page and the shipping page, ask for what a reply needs and nothing else. A tracking question needs an order ID and an email. A correction needs a page and a sentence. Neither needs a medical history and this desk asks you not to send one.
Who else is involved in a DigestFlow order
Four parties, and what each one sees.
BuyGoods
The retailer that processes the checkout. Card details are entered on their system and are never held by this website. Their own terms and privacy notice apply at that point, which is a normal arrangement and worth knowing rather than discovering.
The order desk
Holds the order record: name, delivery address, email and order history. It is reachable on +1 (877) 257-0710 and [email protected], and it is the desk to ask about anything held against a specific order.
The carrier
Whoever delivers the parcel receives a name and an address, which is what delivery requires. No carrier is named by the seller in advance.
North Scale
Named on the label under its distributed-for line. It does not receive your details from this website.
Your choices about DigestFlow data
Five things you can ask for, with the right desk beside each.
- Ask what the order desk holds about your order. Call +1 (877) 257-0710 with your order ID.
- Ask for a correction to an address or an email on an order. Same desk, same number.
- Ask this website desk to delete a message you sent through a form. Write to [email protected].
- Decline the forms entirely. The phone is the faster route for anything about an order in any case.
- Ask a general privacy question. [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern.
A medical history. Neither desk is staffed by clinicians, neither can advise on one, and a returns note only needs your name, the email on the order and the order ID. Keep the rest for whoever is actually looking after you.
Children, and the DigestFlow audience
Who this website is for, and what happens if that is wrong.
This website is written for adults aged 18 and over and the label itself excludes anyone younger. Nothing here is directed at children and this desk does not knowingly collect anything from them.
If you believe a child has sent something through a form here, write to [email protected] and it will be deleted.
This policy is reviewed alongside the rest of the site. Its last-reviewed date is in the footer of this page, and corrections are made on the page rather than filed elsewhere.
Cookies and measurement on the DigestFlow website
What a static website does and does not need, stated rather than assumed.
This website is a set of static pages. It has no login, no basket, no saved preferences and no personalisation, which removes most of the reasons a site sets cookies at all.
Two things a reader might reasonably expect are worth addressing directly. There is no advertising network embedded in these pages and no profile built about you here. Where a measurement tool is used to count page views, it counts pages rather than people, and it is named on this page if it is used.
Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which is a normal arrangement for a website of this kind and means a font request reaches that service when a page loads. No form content, order detail or identifier is sent with it.
The checkout is a different matter entirely, because it is a different website. Once you follow an order button you are on BuyGoods’s system, under their terms and their privacy notice, and this desk has no visibility of what happens there beyond the fact that an order exists.
- No account, no login, no saved preferences on this website.
- No advertising network in these pages.
- Fonts are requested from a third-party service when a page loads.
- Payment and card details are handled on BuyGoods, never here.
How long DigestFlow order details are kept
Five kinds of record, and who is actually holding each one.
| What | Held by | Roughly how long |
|---|---|---|
| The order record | The order desk | As long as a business record needs to be kept, which includes the refund window and any tax or accounting requirement afterwards |
| Payment details | BuyGoods | Under their own retention policy. This website never holds them at any point |
| A message you send through a form here | The website desk | Until the question is answered, and deleted on request |
| Delivery details | The carrier | Under their own policy, for as long as a delivery record is kept |
| Server request records | The hosting service | A short rolling period, as on any website |
Retention for an order is set by the desk that holds the order, not by this website. Ask that desk about a specific order rather than asking here.
The distinction that runs through this whole page is the same one that runs through the contact page. This website publishes pages. The order desk holds orders. A question about what is held against a specific order goes to +1 (877) 257-0710 with the order ID, because that is the only place it can be answered.
Making a DigestFlow data request
Four routes, and choosing the right one is most of the work.
Decide which desk holds what you are asking about
Anything attached to an order is held by the order desk. Anything you sent through a form on this website is held by the website desk. Asking the wrong one costs a day and produces a redirection rather than an answer.
For an order, call with the order ID
+1 (877) 257-0710. The order ID is the key to the record and is the first thing you will be asked for. Without it, the desk has no way to identify which order you mean.
For a form message, write to the website desk
[email protected], saying roughly when you sent it and what it was about. Messages sent through the two forms on this site are deleted on request.
For payment details, ask the retailer
BuyGoods processes the checkout and holds card data under its own policy. This website has never held any of it and cannot retrieve, correct or delete it.
Nothing in that sequence is unusual and none of it requires a formal letter. The reason it is set out as four steps is that the commonest cause of a slow answer is a request sent to a desk that cannot see the thing being asked about.
What the two DigestFlow forms on this website do
Two forms, what each field is for, and what neither of them is.
There are exactly two forms here, one on the contact page and one on the shipping page, and neither is required to use anything on this site.
Both reach the website desk. Neither reaches the order desk directly, which is the single most useful thing to know about them: a tracking question sent through a form arrives at a desk that cannot look an order up, and the fastest route for anything about an order is the phone, +1 (877) 257-0710.
Each field exists because a reply needs it. A name and an email so somebody can answer. An order ID so a message can be passed on with enough detail to be useful. A page address so a correction can be found. Nothing on either form asks for a date of birth, a health condition or a payment detail, and none of those should be sent.
There is no newsletter on this website, no sign-up box and no mailing list, so sending a form does not subscribe you to anything.
- Not a route to the order desk. That is the phone.
- Not a subscription. There is no mailing list here.
- Not a place for medical detail. Neither desk is staffed by clinicians.
- Not a payment surface. Card details are entered on the retailer's checkout.
Security, and what this DigestFlow website cannot lose
What this website never holds, and the one record that does exist.
The strongest security property of a website like this one is negative: it cannot lose what it never held.
No card number, expiry date or security code passes through these pages at any point. Payment is taken on the BuyGoods checkout, on their domain and under their own terms, and this desk has no visibility of it beyond the fact that an order exists.
There is no account here, no password to be reused elsewhere, and no stored basket. Those three are the usual reasons a static website becomes a liability, and none of them applies.
What does exist is the order record held by the order desk, which contains a name, a delivery address, an email and an order history, because a parcel cannot be sent without them. Questions about that record go to the desk that holds it, on +1 (877) 257-0710, with the order ID.
Keep your order confirmation until the guarantee window has closed. It carries the order ID and the purchase date, which are the two things any conversation about an order starts with, and it saves you asking a desk to find you by name.
