FAQDigestFlow FAQ: 35 Questions in Six Groups
Here are 35 DigestFlow questions, answered in six groups.
They cover the label, the caffeine, how to take it, safety, buying and the 60-day guarantee, with each answer taken from the printed label or the seller's figures.
In a hurry? See how to take DigestFlow.
Six groups, and the caffeine group is the one most people did not know they needed.
DigestFlow: the product and the panel
What is DigestFlow?
A once-daily capsule sold to support digestive wellness and concerns related to intestinal health. 30 capsules to a bottle, which at one a day is a month.
What is in DigestFlow?
Five actives, each with a printed amount: green coffee bean extract, raspberry ketone, garcinia extract and green tea extract at 130 mg apiece, and caffeine anhydrous at 138 mg. The only other ingredient is hypromellose, the capsule shell. The full panel is on the supplement facts page.
Is there a proprietary blend?
No. Every active has its own line and its own milligram figure.
What do the percentages in the brackets mean?
They are standardisation figures. A 130 mg green coffee bean extract at 50 per cent chlorogenic acids supplies about 65 mg of those acids. The same arithmetic gives about 65 mg of hydroxycitric acid from the garcinia row and about 58 mg of EGCG from the green tea row. The ingredients page shows all five.
Is DigestFlow a probiotic?
No. There are no bacterial strains, no CFU count and no fibre anywhere on this panel.
Is DigestFlow a laxative?
No. There is no senna, cascara, aloe or magnesium on the panel, so it has no mechanism for that.
Is the capsule shell vegetarian?
The other-ingredients line reads hypromellose, which is made from plant cellulose rather than animal collagen. Anyone with a strict diet should read the bottle that arrives.
Who makes DigestFlow?
The label is distributed for North Scale and prints “Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.”. This website is U.S. Stocking Partner for DigestFlow, not the manufacturer.
DigestFlow and caffeine
Does DigestFlow contain caffeine?
Yes, and it is the largest row on the panel: 138 mg of caffeine anhydrous per capsule, plus a trace from the green tea extract, which is standardised to under 3 per cent caffeine. The label prints “Contains Caffeine” on a line of its own.
How much caffeine is that, in cups of coffee?
Roughly one strong mug of brewed coffee. The FDA cites 400 mg a day for healthy adults as an amount not generally associated with negative effects, and EFSA adds that single doses up to 200 mg raise no concern.
Will it keep me awake?
It can if you take it late. Caffeine has a half-life of roughly four to six hours in most adults and longer in some, so a capsule taken mid-afternoon may still be with you at bedtime. Taking it with breakfast avoids this for almost everybody.
Can I take it with my morning coffee?
Yes, and count the two together. One capsule plus a large coffee is around 280 mg, which is inside the 400 mg a day figure but is most of it.
Is there a caffeine-free version?
No. That is a genuine gap in the range and this desk has said so on the benefits page.
Why does a digestive supplement contain a stimulant?
Because caffeine has the most direct evidence about the colon of anything on this panel: caffeinated coffee produced colonic motor activity comparable to a meal in ambulatory manometry. The honest qualification is that decaffeinated coffee produced most of the same effect. How it works sets both out.
Taking DigestFlow
How do I take it?
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily. That is the whole of the label’s instruction.
Morning or evening?
Morning. It is a caffeinated capsule and an afternoon dose costs some people an hour of sleep, which makes gut symptoms worse rather than better.
With food or without?
The label leaves it open; this desk suggests food. The labelling guidance the United States Pharmacopeia produced for concentrated green tea extract advises against taking it on an empty stomach.
What if I miss a day?
Take the next one as usual and do not double up.
Can I take two to speed it up?
No. The label’s caution opens with “do not exceed recommended dose”, two capsules is 276 mg of caffeine before anything you drink, and nothing on this panel acts faster for being doubled.
How long does DigestFlow take to work?
Only the caffeine row is fast. The distributor puts the common wait at 3–6 weeks. The timeline page sets it out week by week.
How long should I give it before deciding?
Eight weeks. Two bottles is 60 days and the window is 60 days from the date of purchase, so the arithmetic works if you start the clock on day one.
How should I store it?
Store this product in a cool, dry place below 30°C (86°F). That rules out a bathroom cabinet, a car and a windowsill.
DigestFlow safety and who should avoid it
Who should not take it?
Anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or nursing, anyone avoiding caffeine, and anyone with a liver condition who has not raised it with a doctor first. Who it is for has the full list.
What does the label caution say?
“Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 or pregnant or nursing mothers. Consult a physician prior to use especially if you are taking a medication or have a medical condition.”
Does it have side effects?
The main ones are caffeine effects: trouble sleeping, jitteriness, a faster heartbeat in people sensitive to it. Mild stomach discomfort in the first few days is also reported. The side effects page covers all of it.
Is there a liver risk?
Two rows, garcinia and green tea extract, have documented liver case reports at intakes far above what is in this capsule. For most people that margin is comfortable. For anyone with a liver condition or a history of liver injury it is a reason to raise it with a doctor before starting.
Can I take it with medication?
Ask a doctor, which is what the label asks. Two issues are worth naming rather than hedging about: several medicines change how quickly caffeine is cleared, and anything already carrying a liver caution is worth mentioning alongside the two rows above.
Will it interfere with a blood test?
Nothing on this panel is known to. Tell whoever is taking the sample what you take, which is sensible for any supplement and is not a warning specific to this one.
What should I do if I get side effects?
Stop taking it. For a refund, the window runs 60 days from the date of purchase. For symptoms suggesting liver trouble, such as abdominal pain, dark urine or yellowing of the skin, stop and speak to a doctor.
Buying DigestFlow
How much does DigestFlow cost?
$158 for two bottles, $207 for three and $294 for six. That is $79, $69 and $49 a bottle.
Can I buy one bottle?
No. The smallest pack is two bottles.
Is there a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time payment with nothing to cancel later.
Why is there no struck comparison price?
Because none is published for this product. A struck figure implies a saving, and this desk will not print one nobody has stated.
Where do I buy DigestFlow?
Through the official checkout on this website. BuyGoods processes the payment.
How long does delivery take?
No delivery window is published by the seller, and this desk will not invent one. The order email carries a tracking number, which is the accurate answer for your own parcel.
Is shipping free?
No separate shipping charge is stated for these packs. The checkout shows the final total before you pay.
The DigestFlow guarantee and refunds
What is the guarantee?
60 days from the date of purchase, on every pack.
From purchase or from shipping?
From purchase, which is the wording on the distributor’s product sheet and the date on your order confirmation. The guarantee page sets out, once, a documented conflict between that and the seller’s own page, and why counting from purchase is the safe reading.
Does it cover opened bottles?
Ask when you call +1 (877) 257-0710. The return authorisation issued for your order sets the terms.
Who pays return postage?
You do, unless the parcel arrived damaged, defective or wrong through the seller’s error. Send it tracked.
How do I start a refund?
Call +1 (877) 257-0710 with your order ID and ask for a return authorisation and the return address. Do not post anything back before you have it.
How long does the money take?
Three to five business days for the desk to process it, then five to ten more before your bank posts it.
Can I cancel before it ships?
Yes. Call +1 (877) 257-0710. There is nothing to post back and no return postage.
The three DigestFlow answers people are most surprised by
Three facts, all of them on the label and none on the seller’s front page.
There is caffeine in it
138 mg a capsule, which is the largest row on the panel and is absent from the seller’s own front page. It is on the label, on a line of its own, and it is the first thing this website says about the product.
The guarantee is counted from the day you paid
Sixty days from the date of purchase, which is on your order confirmation rather than on your bank statement. Ring before day sixty rather than on it. One documented conflict between two sources is set out, once, on the guarantee page.
Two rows have no digestive evidence
Garcinia and raspberry ketone. Their amounts are printed and their literature is about something else, which the ingredients page sets out row by row.
Who publishes this DigestFlow page?
Every answer above comes from the printed label, the distributor’s own figures or the published research, and each links to the page that covers it properly.
