DigestFlow Official Website › Refund Policy
Refund PolicyDigestFlow Refund Policy
Refunds are requested within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Call +1 (877) 257-0710 with your order ID, ask for a return authorisation and the return address, then post the bottles back tracked at your own cost. Processing takes three to five business days and the card posts it five to ten days after that.
The policy in full, the six steps in order, and the three things that most often stall a refund.
The DigestFlow refund policy, in full
Eleven terms, transcribed rather than paraphrased.
| Term | As it applies |
|---|---|
| Window | 60 days from the date of purchase |
| Applies to | All three packs |
| How to start it | By phone: +1 (877) 257-0710, with your order ID |
| Sales email | [email protected] |
| Return address | 90 Broad Street, Suite 402, New York, NY 10004, USA |
| What goes in the box | Your full name, the email on the order, and the order ID |
| Return postage | The buyer’s cost, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong through the seller’s error |
| Tracking | Use it. A parcel with no tracking cannot be traced when it matters |
| Processing | 3 to 5 business days once the desk has the return |
| Card posting | A further 5 to 10 days, which belongs to your bank |
| Website address | [email protected] cannot see orders and cannot start a refund |
Terms as supplied to this desk. The return authorisation issued on your call governs your particular order, and this desk will not overwrite it from a web page.
One line there is easy to skim past and it is the most important. The website address is for the pages, the typos, privacy questions and press. It cannot look up an order, cannot issue a return authorisation and cannot refund anything. Every refund starts with the phone.
The six steps to a DigestFlow refund
In the order they happen, with what goes wrong at each stage.
Find the purchase date on your order confirmation
The window is counted from the day you bought, so that email is the document that starts your clock. Keep it, and count sixty days from it.
Call the order desk with your order ID
The number is on the order email and in the footer here. The website address cannot see orders, so it cannot start a refund.
Ask for a return authorisation and the return address
Do not post bottles back before you have it. An unannounced parcel can be refused.
Put your full name, email and order ID inside the box
A box with no name in it is the commonest reason a refund stalls.
Post it with tracking, at your own cost
Return postage is the buyer’s unless the parcel arrived damaged, defective or wrong through the seller’s error. Keep the tracking number until the money lands.
Expect 3–5 business days to process, then 5–10 on the card
Two separate waits, and the second one belongs to your bank rather than to the desk.
What stalls a DigestFlow refund
Four things that go wrong, each with what to do instead.
“I posted the bottles back without calling”
The commonest and the most avoidable. An unannounced parcel has no return authorisation attached to it and can be refused at the door. Call first, every time.
“There was nothing in the box with my name on it”
A returns department receives boxes, not stories. Full name, the email on the order and the order ID, on a piece of paper inside the box, is what connects a parcel to a refund.
“I sent it untracked to save money”
Then nobody can establish that it arrived, and the saving is smaller than the refund. Send it tracked and keep the number until the money lands.
“It has been a week and nothing has appeared”
Two waits, not one. Three to five business days for the desk to process it, then five to ten more before the card posts it. A week is inside normal.
Before you ask for a DigestFlow refund
Two questions, and the second one can save you the postage.
Two questions are worth asking first, and neither is an attempt to talk you out of it.
The first is whether the capsule has had a fair run. Only the caffeine row acts quickly and the rest work over weeks, so a fortnight is not a test. If you are at day fifteen and the window runs to day sixty, there is time.
The second is whether something specific went wrong. A parcel that arrived damaged, a bottle with a broken seal, or the wrong pack entirely is the seller’s error rather than yours, and in that case the return postage is not your cost. Say so on the call.
Stop taking it first and claim afterwards; the window does not require you to keep going. The side effects page covers what this capsule can and cannot cause, and the symptoms that warrant speaking to a doctor rather than simply stopping.
Cancelling a DigestFlow order before it ships
Four situations, and the difference between a cancellation and a return.
A cancellation and a refund are two different requests and the first is much simpler, so it is worth knowing which one you are making.
If the shipping email has not arrived, call +1 (877) 257-0710 and ask to cancel. There is nothing to post back and no return postage to pay, and the money goes back on the same two-stage timetable: a few business days to process, then whatever your bank takes to post it.
If the shipping email has arrived, the parcel is on its way and the refund route above is the one to use. Refusing delivery is not a substitute for calling: an unannounced returned parcel has no authorisation attached to it and is the slowest possible way to get your money back.
| Your situation | What to ask for | What it costs you |
|---|---|---|
| No shipping email yet | A cancellation | Nothing |
| Shipped but not arrived | A return authorisation, then post it back on arrival | Return postage |
| Arrived and opened | A return authorisation | Return postage, and the terms on your authorisation |
| Arrived damaged or wrong | A return authorisation, and say so on the call | Nothing. Return postage is the seller’s where the error is theirs |
Four situations. The last row is the one people most often fail to claim, because they assume return postage is always theirs.
What happens to your details in a DigestFlow refund
What changes hands during a return, and what does not need to.
A refund involves handing over an order ID, an email address and a postal address, which is worth a paragraph rather than a shrug.
The order desk holds the order record, because BuyGoods processed the payment and the seller fulfils it. This website holds no card details at any point: they are entered on the checkout and never here.
The note you put inside the returned box is read by a returns department in order to match a parcel to an order. It needs your name, the email on the order and the order ID, and it does not need anything else. There is no reason to include a medical explanation and this desk suggests you do not.
How this website itself handles data is set out on the privacy policy page, which is short because this website collects very little.
- The order ID and the order email.
- The purchase date, which established your eligibility.
- The return authorisation you were given on the call.
- The tracking number for the parcel you sent back.
A worked DigestFlow refund, with the dates filled in
The same six steps as a calendar, for the two-bottle pack.
An abstract policy is hard to act on, so here is the same policy as a sequence of dates for somebody who ordered the two-bottle pack.
| Day | What happens | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Day 0 | You order. The card clears and an order confirmation arrives | This is day zero of your 60 days. Note the order ID and put day 53 and day 58 in a calendar |
| Day 2 or 3 | The shipping confirmation arrives with a tracking number | Use it to follow the parcel. It is not what starts the window |
| Week 1 | The parcel arrives. You start the capsules | Check the seal and the lot. Start the daily note if you have not already |
| Week 4 | Four weeks of notes exist | Read them rather than recall them. Decide whether to continue |
| Day 53 | First reminder | Read the notes again. If the answer is no, call now rather than later |
| Day 58 | Second reminder | Last comfortable day to call +1 (877) 257-0710 and still post the parcel in time |
| Day 60 | The 60 days are up | A request made after this is outside the stated window |
| Plus 3 to 5 business days | The desk processes the return | Keep the tracking number until this is confirmed |
| Plus 5 to 10 more days | Your bank posts the money | This wait belongs to the bank, not to the desk |
Illustrative dates built from the stated terms. Your own purchase date is the only one that governs, and the return authorisation issued on your call sets the terms for your order.
The two reminders are the part most people skip and the part that decides whether the window is usable. Sixty days is a long time to hold a decision in your head, and a refund requested on day sixty-three is a refund nobody has to give you.
